Customer Service

For our client, a company which is specialized in sales for the industry in field of masking, hanging, protection products, which is a distributor of Caplugs and Shercon, we are currently looking for suitable candidates for the position Customer Service.

Our requirements

• High school education
• English or Polish will be welcome
• Experiences with similar position (Customer care, Logistics,…)

Scope of duties

• Supporting the Sales Manager in sales process: Preparation of the offer, confirmation of the order
• Logistic service, transport management, cooperation with an accounting office
• Work in a warehouse: preparation of packages, sending goods to customers
• Invoicing, keeping warehouse documentation
