For our client, a global software company that develops, sells and supports high-end simulation software for the automotive industry, we are currently looking for a Management Assistant / Office Manager (part time).
In this position you are responsible for administration and you support the General Manager in the daily tasks. You are responsible for financial administration, salary administration, keeping the ERP system up-to-date, maintaining contact with suppliers and customers, preparing meetings, training & events, taking minutes of meetings, archiving contracts, etc. .
