For our client, a company operating in the field of hospitality, we are looking for suitable candidates for the position of Office manager/ assistant.

Job description

  • Supporting smooth operation of the office (reception, care about visitors, coordination of office supplies, mail, utilities suppliers)
  • Administrative support (preparation of presentations and materials for meetings, preparation and editing of tables/budgets, copying, formatting, translating of documents, adjustments and archiving of contracts etc.)
  • Administrative tasks related to communication with authorities
  • Support of managers (travel plans)
  • Writing meeting minutes and keeping a track on the performance
  • Conduct research and analyses with aim to get desired results

Requirements

  • Fluent in English, other languages (Russian, German are advantage)
  • Great verbal and written manner of communication in Czech and in English
  • High proficiency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, focused on delivery and able to work independently
  • Strong organisational skills with time management punctuality
