For our client, a Czech company specializing in virtual reality development and creating the metaverse, we are looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Marketing Specialist Senior/Team Lead.

Job Description:

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of 10+ members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth. Create a supportive environment and guide the team to overcome challenges.
• Oversee project timelines, daily briefings, and deadlines using tools like Excel, Azure DevOps, and ClickUp. Ensure smooth coordination of the Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) project pipeline with the production team.
• Prepare mood boards, provide references, and guide the creative process to align with brand goals. Assist the graphic design and videography teams with visual content and editing.
• Balance client needs and internal objectives while managing crossover B2B projects alongside product initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand presence, increase market share, and drive business growth. Conduct research on trends, competitors, and industry innovations to stay competitive.
• Provide regular updates to senior management, optimize resource allocation, and manage licenses for essential tools and programs.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in graphic design (Adobe Photoshop, Substance Painter) and creating high-quality 2D assets (illustrations, concept art, promotional materials).
• Proven ability to lead teams of 8+ members in a creative and collaborative environment.
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, ClickUp, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with social media management across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Knowledge of SEO to enhance content visibility and engagement.
• Skilled in creating engaging multimedia content tailored to different audiences and platforms.
• Strong communication skills, adaptability to market changes, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Languages: English: C2 proficiency, Czech: B2 proficiency, Russian: Advantage
