Area Manager – cash Exchange

For our client, company, which has been operating in the Czech Republic since 2017 in the field of cash exchange, we are looking for the right candidate for the position of Area manager – cash Exchange.

Job description:

  • Communication with the company's management in English or Italian (with the managing director and the parent company)
  • Daily inspection of premises and employees and related processes
  • Cash flow management and control
  • Assessment and prevention of operational risks, including physical safety of premises
  • Ensuring basic HR (employment contracts, occupational safety, legislation, selection of new employees, preparation of documents for payroll accountant)
  • Ensuring operation (scheduling employee attendance, dealing with unexpected events, etc.)
  • Responsibility for the funds entrusted to him if any
  • Communication with business partners and suppliers (accounting office, external compliance officer, etc.)
  • Common administration and agenda (preparation and mandatory archiving of documents)
  • Securing maintenance (normal, preventive and post-warranty) in cooperation with suppliers
  • Monitoring of decrees of superior control bodies of the CNB and FAU
  • Setting, creation and evaluation of targets (related remuneration)
  • In the case of the opening of new biz premises, also the management of processes associated with their construction and commissioning

Requirements:

  • University degree or secondary education (ideally in Economics or Finance)
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar position or from a similar environment, ideally from cash operations
  • Responsibility capable and independence – taking complete responsibility for operation
  • Organization skills, ability to coordinate processes and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, modeling)
  • Reliability, flexibility, assertiveness, stress resistance, sense of precision
  • Clean criminal record
