For our client, a branch of a large japanese company that produces components for automotive, we are looking for suitable candidates for a position of a Back office - logistic.

Daily operation management

  • Responsible for related documents management (Receipt of orders, Packing lists, Delivery notes, Invoices, Credit/debit notes)
  • Customer Demand forecast update management.
  • RFQ preparation and file managing.

Logistic management

  • Control Freight forwarders for delivery schedule.
  • Negotiations with Freight forwards and warehousing for desirable rate.
  • Shipment consolidation management. Communication with the customs office

Inventory management

  • Managing local stocks of goods and conducting purchases based on forecasts.
  • Stock take result analysis and reporting.
  • Sales Management Assistance / Secretary:
  • Cooperate senior staff members to update Weekly Sales report figures (Profit and Loss)
  • Cooperate senior staff members to maintain Monthly Sales report results (Profit and Loss)

Administrative support

  • Customer agreements file management with Financial Department.
