We engaged PREDVYBER’s services and advertising for a period of 4 weeks for a hard-to-fill position of a Technician with English in Southern Moravia region. We received a total of 12 CVs, 11 of them were relevant (1 did not fulfill the region condition) out of these we identified 8 candidates in whom we had strong interest. 6 out of the 8 confirmed their availability for a face to face interview, the other two had already found employment elsewhere. The timespan of delivery of these CVs was less important for us as we had between 3 and 4 months to fill this position. I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of candidates. PREDVYBER was even able to fulfill an amendment made after the first candidates’ CVs were delivered (in total, we received 4 waves of candidates, each one week after the previous batch), this request included higher education, PC and English level requirements. The overall impression of the provided services is very positive. With such an amount of high quality candidates I could even afford to exclude the less skilled ones from the selection process. For our future open positions I am definitely going to use PREDVYBER as our primary supplier.
